Batch Handover

Consignments arrive in sealed master cartons containing 500 loose pencil units, flat-packed printed sleeves, and tamper labels verified against dispatch manifests.

Inspect graphite points for breakage before aligning ten pencils per inner sleeve. Workers verify physical alignment against the supplied counting tray.

Insert completed pencil sets into pre-creased cartons, secure side tabs, and apply security stickers along box seams to prevent transit damage.

Pack finished dozens into outer dispatch crates for weekly scheduled pickup. The logistics supervisor conducts random batch checks upon collection.
